Chrome 66 is suddently autofilling Moodle forms with the user's username, even in fields which are not intended for usernames. I've done some searching and it looks like this has been an issue in the past. It gets resolved, but then the problem resurfaces when Chrome releases a new update.
Is there a new fix for the most recent version of Chrome? I'm using Moodle 3.0. Adding 'autocomplete = "off"' to the moodleform code doesn't fix it.
I know I could turn off Chrome's autocomplete, but I generally find it helpful and would like to keep using it...just not in Moodle forms where it doesn't belong.
