Transition from ELIS to Moodle only solution

Good afternoon,


I'm wondering if anyone has successfully transitioned from ELIS to another open source system? We are most interested in the ability to:

  • automate enrollment based on custom profile fields
  • automated reporting of class completion with dates
  • upload of student classroom training records to be included in overall student training record completion.

My team and I are looking to install ELIS on Moodle 3.3 or above.

Do you know if ELIS is compatible with Moodle 3.3 as the remotelearner documentation only talks about 3.1?

I would also be interested to hear if there are any Moodle based alternatives to ELIS.

No it is only compatible up to 3.1 as far as I know. They are not providing patches or premiere technician support after May 2019 -- even if you are a customer.  They are phasing it out.
