In our organization there are 8 people who are preparing moodle courses (think that they are technical guys) - A,B,C,D..H. Also there are 4 people who are subject experts. Technical guys are given role to create course in moodle (as teacher), organization wants any one of the subject expert to review the course content in moodle before making it available to students. Technical guys should not be able to open the course directly for students.
Can this be implemented in moodle natively?
