Yes, this will be also backported to the 3.3 and 3.4 versions of the tool, but since we are backporting everything anyways to 3.3 and 3.4 at the time, we're planning on merging the data privacy tool to 3.3 and 3.4 core as well for easier maintainability. This will be tackled in MDL-62799.
