Recommendations for the permissions on the server

Hi,
we followed the suggested configurations here:

https://docs.moodle.org/31/en/Security_recommendations

My configuration does not provide for the use of the "apache" user.
A default user (es. moodle35) has been created for using Moodle.

In "Running Moodle on a dedicated server"

        1. moodledata directory and all of its contents (and subdirectories, includes sessions):

Permission are: 777 on directory "moodledata"   for my personal user "moodle35"

        2. moodle directory and all of its contents and subdirectories (including config.php):

Permission are: 755 on directory "moodleconfig"   for my personal user "moodle35"

Can the types of permissions that I attribute to the Server be considered safe?
Or should I put your configuration in "Running Moodle on a dedicated server"?

Thanks for help,
Francesco
