I have given multiple attempts to my users & it is a scrom 1.2 published file.can anyone tell me how to hide the start new attempt for those users who have already completed the course?Bcz once they completing the course in the first attempt then they are getting a start new attempt checkbox.with the help of that they go for 2nd attempt and in the report I am getting duplicate status.please help me out.see the attached file what problem I am facing

Looks at attempts management in the scorm settings.  If the new attempt button is actually in the scorm though, then you will need to fix there.
