great job indeed Rick. My congratulations. If your training material were in my language I'd surely steal it
I will make you an offer. If I send you my "captions" file, in English, and you translated it to your language, I can provide videos with the subtitles in your own language!
Sure, I could probably use Google Translate, but it would be much better being translated by someone who speaks the language.

Okay, let's give this a try with a very simple caption file first. This may or may not work, but let's see.
I am attaching the .srt file for my Welcome video. It is a text file, and not very long. The goal is to just translate my English into your language. Leave the other lines untouched because they are for timing. I think that you will see what I mean.
If we are successful, we can continue.
You will notice that I have one "continuous" video, then I have broken it down into smaller pieces. This one file that I am attaching is one of the pieces.
I have never tried this, so we are just experimenting right now.
On the top of a great professional, Rick, it looks you are a great person.
I'll be glad to translate your captions.
But this is not possible now for me because I am totally busy with setting up this moodle Platform with very short deadlines
But in the meanwhile I'll try to arrange something ...
Yes, I know what you mean, Ta.
Try the one file that I attached above when you get a chance.
but, apart from training, is there any solution for my original problem? (student sending/attaching/uploading an attachment to teacher without using the Assignment activity).
I am looking for a way for the students to send free text with link to external web pages
