It depends on what you want to prevent.
If you want to prevent simultaneous logins (e.g. two or more logins to the same account at the same time), then install the Unique Login plugin, https://moodle.org/plugins/auth_uniquelogin
If you want to limit access to computers in your school or company, then you can restrict access by IP address in the site admin settings, Site administration ... Security ... IP blocker. See https://docs.moodle.org/33/en/Restrict_access_settings

Hi Ibrahim,
You may want to check out the Site admin > Plugins > Authentication > Manage authentication part of your instance. There's a setting called limitconcurrentlogins that you can use for this.
