so yours moodle is residing on root directory? assuming it is, settings are fine.
you can meanwhile manually run moodle via browser interface to see if it completes CRON, as told earlier, your first cron will take a good amount of time getting rid of data, so manually run every 30 minutes until it gives out message of successful completion.
