I am looking for a grade adjustment conditional calculation.

The professor wants a grade calculation that will count absences in their courses, and reduce student grades according to their syllabus. 

Three unexcused absences ("A") allowed, on the 4th, student gets a 5% grade reduction. For each absence after that, there is another 5% grade reduction.
