Why would you want to create a lot more admin work for yourself?
Having said that, can you be a little more specific about what it is you want to do/achieve, please?

I need to notify my users about the course and if i create a course , my users has to get notified automatically through SMS and something like that

You should be able to set up an automatic SMS message by writing an email using ClickSend. This is the only one I know of, but never used it myself, and there are likely to be other services. No idea of the costs involved, but I can't imagine it cheap.
