Using only Chapter Quiz Questions in Exam

Hello, 

A faculty member sent me the question below:

"Was wondering if you could help me out. I am attempting to add questions to my exam.  But I want to take questions from the prior chapter quiz, not from the test bank of questions.  I selected questions from the test chapter bank of questions, but now I want to limit my option of questions to just those that I used for the chapter quiz.

Can you help me with this? I can not figure out how to pull from just the chapter quiz.  It only seems to give me the option of pulling from the entire bank of questions."

This faculty member has at least 300 questions in each chapter so he is wondering if he can restrict the questions to use in his exam to just the ones used in chapter quizzes.

Did he organize his questions into "categories"? He could place the chapter quizzes into distinct categories and then pull questions more easily from these.
