How to send an e-mail to admin when a new user enroll?

Hello!

When a new user signs up for a course, he receives the welcome message in his private e-mail, however the moodle Admin e-mail does not receive any email saying that a new user has enrolled in the course ...

I really thank you if somebody helps me.

I create a few rules for test in "event monitoring rules" and subscribed them in "event monitoring", but I dont, receive any message/notification or email. I can't see what I'm doing wrong!

My Admin e-mail is hosted in @hotmail Is there a chance that they are blocking? I search in spams folders but I don't receive nothing...
