Invalid response value detected when try to connect to Mobile App 3.4

Hello,

I am not able to open the Mobile App 3.4 with Moodle 3.3. I tried everything that suggest in https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=343122 and https://docs.moodle.org/34/en/Moodle_Mobile_FAQ#Administrators, and everything is ok.

I always face the same issue  "Invalid response value detected" at the moment to try to connect with moodle mobile app.

I would be grateful for assistance on this.

Hi Jessica,

when do you get that error? Before entering your credentials (username or password)? Or just after type them?

Thanks for answering.

I get that error before entering the credentials. I only enter the URL of the site and the message "Invalid response value detected" appears.

More information about this problem:

  1. My site use SSL certificate, it is ok i checked that with  https://www.ssllabs.com/ssltest/analyze.html
  2. Debugging has never been enabled
  3. ADOdb debug option is not in the moodle settings
  4. Site uses IIS and Anonymous access is not disabled
  5. upload_max_filesize on php.ini is 100 MB
  6.  Site uses OpenID Connect for SSO with Office 365, but I don't think that's the problem, because I do not even see the screen to enter the credentials.

Any idea?.

Dear Juan, I've got this error, while trying to open quiz.

The web service function 'mod_quiz_get_quiz_access_information' has been called.

Moodle 3.3.4+
