Persistent registration issues

Persistent registration issues

Hello!

I'm trying to use audio response questions in my quiz, but Poodll is being stubborn with me.

I've registered (free trial version) and input the key.

But my question still won't work and says I need to register.

I am at a disadvantage because:

a) I want to use Poodll v2 instead of v3 since I can't afford v3, but my school is using a 3rd party Moodle host (key2school) and they only have v3 installed for us (with no registration code for Poodll, of course).

b) Even when I try to use v3 I get the problem above.

Any advice?

Hi Amanda

The most likely cause of the persistent 'not registered' message, is that the URL you registered does not match the URL of your Moodle site . Commonly one or the other has a 'www' and the other does not. Also note that the registered URL should start with 'http' or 'https'

GOOD

Registered URL Moodle URL
http://mysite.com http://mysite.com
http://www.mysite.com http://www.mysite.com

BAD

Registered URLMoodle URL
mysite.comhttp://mysite.com
http://www.mysite.comhttp://mysite.com

If you still can not fix it, then visit your site's support info page:

Site admin -> plugins -> filters -> poodll -> Poodll support information

and export the information there (using the export button) to a csv file.
Then send it me via https://poodll.com/support
