Redirect error on notifications page

Recently I get a redirect error (from the browser) as soon as I try to access the notifications page (in administration). Anything else works fine.

I'm running Moodle 3.1.9 (most recent version). The error already occured before I updated (from 3.1.8).

Any idea where to start looking?

I found the problem. For some unkown reason it was caused by the Advanced Spam Cleaner: https://moodle.org/plugins/tool_advancedspamcleaner.

Every time I install the plugin, the notification pages stops working. Once I uninstall it, it will work again.

I didn't follow up and deinstalled the plugin.

I installed the plugin because we had some problems with a few students. Instead of a technical solution we used "social engineering" to solve it.
