How to access Moodle on NAS over the Internet without Fix IP?

Hi, 

I'm using Moodle 3.3 on NAS (QNAP) and my internet didn't have fix IP address (dynamic IP address) 

Now I have the problem about who are outside the local network can't access to our Moodle.


How can I fix this issues with out fix IP address?
