How do I change the test on the Enroll Me button to be View Content? I am using Moodle 3.1 and have the Clean theme assigned as the default theme.

Thank you for that information. I followed the steps listed however; my language pack does not appear in the 'Choose' drop down when I am on the Language customization screen. Nothing appears in the drop down. I have verified that English - United States (en_us) is installed. How do I get my language to appear in the choose drop down?
