Good Day all

Hope you are well?

I would like to know how to add columns to the table that displays the participants submissions. I would like to add a location tab as we have many participants from different locations. If more information is required please let me know. I have added an image which shows the columns which I would like to add to. (Highlighted by the red box)

This image is a snapshot of  the "view all submissions"  table within a specific activity.

Don't know about adding any columns to this very core bit of Moodle assignment, but have you considered using the Group mode in this course/activity? You can then filter your students accordingly. 

Groups can be mapped to cohorts and cohorts can be used for, well..., cohorts (year, location, programme, ...).
