log in email to new, manually enrolled students in Moodle 3.3

I have manually enrolled students in a class but no log in information has been sent to them.  This is a class scheduled to begin January 9 2018 but changing the start date to November did not help.


Is there anyway to manually send log in information to enrolled students?

You will find the ajax.php inside your main Moodle folder as:

your moodle folder>enrol>ajax.php
