As we configured the theme i.e Edwiser RemUi in Moodle 3.3 version.
Actually, our concern is we are not able to get notifications even though we enable the notification setting i.e ON for the web.
Kindly check attachment file and respond at earliest.

I am running v3.2 with the default 'More' theme.
I cannot get bell notifications for forums I am subscribed to.
The yellow 'unread' highlighting appears when I view the forum. But the bell doesn't work.

Hi Frank,
As far as I know, you need to have messaging enabled (in Advanced features in the Site administration) for notifications to work.
Update: I just learnt (thanks to HQ developer Mark Nelson) that you don't need to have messaging enabled, however there is currently a bug with the bell icon not displaying when it should - MDL-57755.

I am from the Edwiser team and I can assure you that this issue was not related to our theme Edwiser RemUI.
Notification issue are not theme related issues and this issue has arisen on many other themes too.
I am hoping this issue has been fixed by now.
