Dividing questions into grade categories

When creating a question in the Quiz is there a possibility to assign a grade category?

In the curriculum that I teach, grades need to be divided into Knowledge & Understanding, Thinking and Investigation, Communication and Application.

Is there any way that I could say one multiple choice is 1 mark of KU while another is 1 mark of TI. This would mean that at the end of the quiz I could potentially get a total of KU marks the student got and the total of TI marks.

I currently take the csv and do sums for the for the questions that are KU, TI,... but I was hoping there might be a way that the system can have it integrated if when I create the question, I determine whether it's a KU or a TI and so on...

Thanks for your help,

Nathalie

Hello. I'm just going to move your question into the Quiz forum where you will get more specialised help. I don't know if this is useful but there is a page in the documentation Quiz Subscores which might be interesting.
