Blank "My Courses" and "Course" page (ver. 3.1.1)

I am using Moodle 3.1.1+ (Build: 20160728)

Since yesterday, when students log in they get a blank "My Courses" page. 

When I log in through admin and try to visit any course, I get a blank page.

The front page and other Admin related pages are not blank.

I tried:

  • chaging the theme
  • uninstalling plugins
  • changing course settings

Nothing is working.  I need some help.

Might need to check to see if Cron jobs are running.   Got anything running that might be intensive? (like Autobackups) ... then turn that off for now.

And, after that, turn on debugging.   Attempt to login as a student or a user.   Let's see if Debug provides any info as to the problem.   Return here and share back the output of debug.
