LTI and Moodle

Hello,

we are exploring solutions to give the possibility to teachers to add an activity in a course, which would allow students to collect data, under for form of an observation grid. This grid could take many forms.

We already explored the database option, but for some technical reasons, it may not be possible to use that activity type.

So, do you know a plugin that would allow to create such a fillable webform, in which students could insert values and files (as pictures), exactly as the Database activity allows to do so ?
