Installing and upgrading help

We just do what Softaculus and similar companies may do internally. Actually we provide solutions that they can use them, but instead of hiding how this can be done we shout it globally loud and clear ;).

In other words is a tool that a sysadmin or even a soft developer can use in order to provide a moodle installation. If it breaks is his/our responsibility to fix it ;)
