As seen in my attached example, the quiz is not marked complete, even though there is a passing grade on it. And the other items that ARE marked as complete aren't being removed from the restricted access list for the certificates. i have tried changing settings, I have verified that the scheduled tasks are running (unless I'm looking at the wrong ones. This is affecting ALL of our classes.

Please check that as well as setting a grade to pass for the quiz, you have also ticked 'Require grade' in the Activity completion settings.
I have attached shots of the grade and activity completion settings for the quiz. None of the restrict accesses appear to be working and it's happening in all of my courses, including the older ones that predate this update.
