Users birday is different when viewed from administrator

Hello,

i have a very odd issue with my users. If i view their profile under administrator i see the correct birthday for example:

Name: Kaarel Kana

Birthday: 24.08.1991

But if i log in with user Kaarel Kana and view my own profile it is like this:

Name: Kaarel Kana

Birthday: 23.08.1991

So it is -1 day when viewed under user itself. The issue is that on certificates and other documents it shows the false birthday. 

Our moodle version is 3.1.2 build 20161111

Hello,

Do you have the same timezone set in your profile as your users?

Is 'birthday' a custom user profile field?

Hi,

you were absolutely correct, for some reason it was set to Italy under user profile, thanks a lot for your assistance!
