I want skype version 3.2 or 3.3 for moodle 3.2 or 3.3.
but in plugin directory only skype 2.9 version is available.
You'll need to contact the developers and ask.
Have you tried the latest version available? Often this just means that it hasn't been tested with the newer versions - it still might work.
The last skype version available in plugin directory is 2.9.
