I am beginner, I have a simple requirement, I want to add logo on navbar and footer. How can i add.

It is a vary simple process. You need to follow me.
First Go to administration -> Site administration -> Appearance -> click on Logos
Drop your logo on "Compact logo" then click on save changes.
You can see your navbar showing logo..
This is the basic way to add a logo.
Just noting that the OP wanted a logo in the footer and this will not do this. If he really does need this he may be looking at a custom theme development.
For the footer, you might experiment with Site Admin | Appearance | Additional HTML. Yep, kind of a strange place, but what I put into Before Body is Closed let's me create a custom footer. This dialog box seems to accept HTML, so you might need to design your footer in the editor, switch to HTML view, and then copy/paste this code into the Before Body is Closed dialog box.
