As an administrator I want to expose a dashboard block to all users which contains files (pdf, word, etc.) that any logged in users sees and can view and download the file from.
Any good suggestions? I installed the sharing cart to evaluate, but it does not appear in my block menu to add.

The editor will allow you to upload files and provide links. You can (well I think you can) position it in the main column of the Dashboard. See Dashboard
Thanks Howard. This works good/great. A few more steps than I visualizing but it works. I had uploaded some files to link to from the repository, but when I went to link to them, they werent there. So I added them again. Tweeky but it works. Thanks again.
