Google Docs still convert to RTFs?

In Moodle 3.3, are Google Docs still converted to rtf when you add them as Resource Files ?  i know it works differently in assignments . .

There is a new setting in Moodle 3.3 enabling admins to set Google Drive file formats. Please see the documentation Google Drive repository for more details.
