I used to use Flickr as a storage for my Moodle.
It worked smoothly.
Suddenly, however, I have got a problem.
Flickr does not show any more pictures and when I click on the file finder on Flickr, I get the message: 'Log in with your account' (see screenshot).
I have created a new Flickr api, which, however, does not work.
Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?
We're having the same experience--both Moodle 3.1 and Moodle 3.3.

I can confirm that this is happening as well. Basically for some reason Flickr isn't recognizing the sign in request, and so it's sending the callback to Moodle or closing the popup window.
pretty sure this must be a change on Flickrs side, but I'm not clear if this is a known API/auth flow change that Moodle needs to be updated for, or a bug on their end. They do very very little API updating/support/changes on the flickr side it seems.
I've opened up MDL-59645 for this.
