have you done a major upgrade?
Maybe you have manually created your subdomain "folder".
Your webhost needs to regenerate the ssl certificate for each subdomain.
There should be a button in your webhosting interface to launch the process of ssl certificate recreation. (might take 2hours to be effective on each subdomain).
