I am using 3.2 moodle.
In each topic i am going to add only video.
I want to restrict number of views for video.
Can somebody help me with some solution for it.

Easiest way is to put it in a quiz and restrict the number of times it can be taken.
As an alternative to the quiz, you could put the video in a Page resource and try Max views plugin, an availability condition for Moodle that limits the number of views of an activity by users.
It doesn't seem to work currently with every activity or resource (as said in the open issue); I still haven't tested this plugin and therefore I can't tell you more about its features, but I hope this is the solution you're looking for!
