Hello,
I am an admin using Moodle 3.1. There is an instructor that made a category in their gradebook and set it to drop the lowest quiz grade. The category only contains quizzes. The lowest grade has only been dropped for several students in the class. For a good portion of the class, their lowest quiz grades in this category remain un-dropped.
I have checked to make sure that all of the quizzes are in this proper grading category, and that they all have the same maximum points allowed.
I can find no overrides. All users have values entered for their quiz.
The parent aggregation for their course is "natural."
The aggregation for the quiz category is "simple weighted means."
Inside of the settings of this quiz grade category, "Exclude empty grades" is checked.
