Moodle 3.3 on Ubuntu 16.04

Gooagle oauth2 setup and works well for SSO into Moodle. Google Drive API enabled.

However when I try to access Google Drive to add a file into a course I get the following error. Any help is appreciated.

The only way I could get Google Drive to work was by uninstalling and reinstalling the standard plugin. Evidently after deleting all existing information associated with this in the database did the trick.
