Event name: Email failed to send
Description: Failed to send an email from the user with id '' to the user with id '' due to the following error: "SMTP connect() failed. https://github.com/PHPMailer/PHPMailer/wiki/Troubleshooting".
In the page "Outgoing mail configuration" I tried to use google smtp server
SMTP hosts: smtp.gmail.com:465
SMTP security: SSL
SMTP Auth Type : Login
SMTP username - password: I fill my credentials.
I tried also smtp.gmail.com and security none but nothing was sent. Do you have any idea why is this happening?
