I found that when using the lesson module that moving questions and content pages around that the interface was a bit old. Currently it looks like this:
I think it would be nice if the lesson module was improved and it used a similar process as to what is used in the the quiz module which uses JavaScript drag and drop the lesson pages without having to load a new page.
I've created MDL-58937. If you like the idea then I would appreciate a vote on that issue.
