Greetings, 

I am having an issue with customizing the email confirmation for bulk user upload. I want to customize the email to contain a link to a video explaining account creation and first time users to Moodle. These were the steps I took.

• Go to [yourmoodlesite]/admin/tool/customlang/index.php
  
• Choose the language from the dropdown (persumably English)
  
• Then follow the steps in the screenshot attached i.e.
  

1. Select moodle.php (under Core)
2. Enter "emailconfirmation" in the string identifier field
3. Click on "Show Strings"
4. Customise as required in the 'Local Customisation' field.
5. Save your changes.

I have two language packs "English (en)" and "English (United States) (en_us)" I have changed both the email confirmation in both. The second pictures is the result after I bulk upload a user and the email it receives. It appears to have not updated, any suggestions?
