I don't think it's possible. That option text box accepts plain text only and does not get 'filtered' when in use so there is no way to 'interpret' any code you might place in it.
Simplest way to test that, that I can think of would be to try an use a generico filter there, which I did. It does not work.

Sorry, no I meant the text box you showed for the Multiple-selection menu field Options (one per line) box. I tried placing a couple of Generico filter items in there. It did not work. They were shown as plain text which meant they were not being filtered so trying to put sql in there with the filter will not work.
