After click on login in moodle site, it shows 

This page isn’t working error message.

Could any body solve my issue.

Aditya, there could be multiple issues with this ONE message.

please tell us, your setup. and you clicked log-in to moodle?

Aditya, are you redirecting URL? Could be issue with directory permissions as well. What permission have you given to your moodle directory?

Right now, I'd say no one could help.   Not enough information.   Please provide things like Moodle version, Server OS, hosted how (localhost, own server, remotely with provider, etc.),

You might have to turn on debugging via the config.php file at this point.   See the config-dist.php file in the code directory for moodle to see the lines to turn on debugging and add them to config.php.

Once lines are added to config.php file there is no need to restart web service, just go to the site, click login, and let's see what Moodle is reporting.   If the debugging doesn't give you a clue to fix and you can't resolve it, then come back here and paste the text of the debug output in a response in this thread.

after executing as per your instructions, i got the below error

Fatal error: $CFG->dataroot is not configured properly, directory does not exist or is not accessible! Exiting
