In 3.1.4+ (Build: 20170216) how do you change the default for assignment due dates, cut off dates, etc? I dont want them auto enabled. I prefer the option to enable the due dates, etc to be left up to the user. Thanks for any advise and please let me know if this is not the correct location for this post.
You can edit the default configuration options at Site administration > Plugins > Activity modules > Assignment.
If you the tick the 'Advanced' box too, a course teacher has to click the 'Show more' link to see them. You can also 'lock' some of the settings which means a course teacher cannot alter that setting.
