I have a user who was unable to login, all pretty standard stuff and I would normally just say user error and send them on their way.
I had a look in the logs for their account anyway and found the following entry consistent with then they attempted to login:
This is not their username, so how is it even linked to their account as a failed login?
Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows what causes this?
