Could someone help me with the problem that connect to yoube error?

Sorry for my poor English.Thanks for your time reading this.

I am using moodle in China. For some reason (like GFW) we can't access sites like google and youtube.

 My problem is that visiting my moodle site is very slow and I found the problem through the developer tools in chrome browser.

Any settings should I close?  Could I remove the code about this in moodle files?

I am using Moodle 3.2.1 (Build: 20170109)

Can you update Moodle? I believe the issue was fixed recently see https://moodle.org/mod/forum/discuss.php?d=348637 and https://tracker.moodle.org/browse/MDL-57608.
