Greetings. I am seeking individuals or institutions who have successfully integrated their Moodle site(s) with an Informix DB. I have found a lot of discussion on this topic but nothing very recent. Specifically, I'm seeking details on how to set up the connection to the Informix DB from Moodle, which driver, and the specific configuration settings. Moodle versions > 3.0 are preferred, but any details on this topic would be appreciated.
I have not done this particular task, but it should not be difficult. You can usually connect with an ODBC string or by creating an ODBC Data Source and connecting to that. You just need the Informix iConnect connectivity package from IBM, it is free to download.
