I am Grzegorz Szorc and I am a programmer. I have installed Moodle on my system and after installing Moodle my system is hanging a lot. Is it RAM issue or other software issue?

How is anyone supposed to even take a guess if you don't give any details?
You need to give us some basic information... you have basically said, "it doesn't work" with no other info.
Which operating system is this? Which version of PHP? Which database and which version? How did you install Moodle?
What have you done to investigate this? Have you checked memory usage while the system is "hung"?
I think it's all in your system problem because the Moodle is a great system your is system is not compatible so you have to move to hardware and maintenance forum.
