Hello. There is no dedicated school fees management plugin (not that I am aware of) but standard Moodle has a Paypal option - see Paypal - and there are other payment plugins here: https://moodle.org/plugins/?q=payment
Moodle tends to focus on the actual education. It is common to use a different system for the school management tasks such as handling fees. You might like to look at the Gibbon project for this purpose
