Site Administrator features not working

I am using Moodle 3.0 for last 16 month with the theme Klass.

Everything was working fine.

Today i logged in for some work and i notice that some of the links such as

  • Notification
  • Server - Site Policies and all
  • Appearance - Theme - and theme options
  • and many other are not working

When click on any of link then blank page appear with URL in the address bar.

but at the same time

  • User
  • Courses
  • other links are working


Help me out with this.

Following links not working/showing any page content under site administration


  • Notification
  • Advance Features
  • Courses - Course request / Upload Courses / Course default settings
  • User-Accounts - User default preferences/upload user pics
  • User - Permission - USer policy etc
  • Plugins
  • Appearance
  • etc

Having said that some of the links are not working ....
