Hello,
We are having a problem that when I post something on our forums, the emails that should go out won't deliver. We get some sort of SMTP error (see attached).
We use Google Suite for our emails and were using the Google SMTP Relay but just can't get it to work properly. At one point, in looking at the activity logs after sending out a forum post email, ERROR: The following From address failed.... it then game my email address.
This all started when our Moodle host moved servers and for some reason the 'old' way they had it set up won't work. They want me to use AWS SMTP service but that will cost me every month.
Any thoughts on how to rectify this? If I'm missing some critical info, let me know...I'll share what I know.
