Hi I am using Moodle 3.2 and need to get question branching but I could not find the "Response Options" when editing the quiz settings.

You mentioned "quiz settings". Was that a mistype, or are you actually talking about the quiz activity? If so, please go to the quiz forum and ask your question there.
